The current state of the novel

I haven’t been posting Falson chapters recently because the novel has actually progressed more quickly than I expected (currently around 45,000 words). Some of the posts in this section are roughly present in the existing manuscript, but some have been completely changed or eliminated.

I’ll keep this section up for the time being as a little time capsule of the process. The actual story has changed considerably.
